GPs would never invest in a business with only paper info; we won&#039;t even go to first base without a comprehensive meeting with management.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The consolation is even if you did have full access, appraising those &quot;soft&quot; factors is a bit of an art.</description>
