I&#039;d also add one more thing - score few quick wins (with the investee, not your PE buddies).
 It&#039;s not much different from a new job - pick a single task that seems to be important and you think can be solved quickly and give you that win, and do it. In my experience, quick win like that at the start will buy you some slack for the inevitable problems down the road. Quick problem will buy you discounting the inevitable (hopefully) successes as luck or attribute them to someone else.</description>
